When working with Crescent Securities Group, Inc. (“CSG”) you can expect that our sponsors have gone through due diligence, registration, and modeling process in preparation for bringing a security to the market. To assist your due diligence review process, you will have access to a data room with the documents needed to evaluate the sponsor. Our team will work with you to address your questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Once you have joined our syndicate, you can expect an organized onboarding process for both your reps and back office. Your team will be trained in our easy-to-use online subscription portal that enables both the reps and your back office to follow the subscription agreement throughout the process.
After the subscription has been funded, you will continue to receive service for your back office and reps. Here at CSG, we are dedicated to high standards and making the experience of investing as smooth as possible.
